2019 FFA Rabies Clinic March 27

Enter the Kewaskum Veterinary Clinic through the doors on the South Side of the building. When you enter, you will be asked to fill in your pet’s information onto their certificate. You will need your pet’s name, birthday, and breed. You will also be asked if they have received a Rabies vaccine before.

*If you are bringing pets for others, please also have the owners full name, address, and phone number.*

Once the certificate(s) are completed, step up to the front desk for payment. Each Rabies vaccination is $25.00. Cash or check only. Make checks payable to the Kewaskum Veterinary Clinic.

This event walk-in only, from 6-8pm.

Cats are welcome too! For their safety, we ask you bring cats in secure carriers.

All dogs need to be secured with leashes or carriers.

100% of the proceeds go to scholarship(s) for Kewaskum FFA Members.
